Orders
are normally despatched within 24
hours of a customer placing their
order. Orders received before midday
will almost certainly be despatched
on the same day.
If you
require your item urgently, we can
guarantee a next day delivery by
using Royal Mail's Special Delivery
service.

Music Signings can ship orders to
almost anywhere in the world.
Remember that you are responsible
for any taxes, duties, or customs
fees charged by your local
government. We must place a customs
label on all international orders.
This sticker lists the contents as
"Photograph". We must fill in the
value of the order on this sticker
and we can not declare an incorrect
value on your shipment. All European
and Overseas orders are shipped by
Air Mail.
UK
Deliveries:
All
parcels are sent via Royal Mail or
DHL depending on value. Most are
sent by Royal Mail and they will be
posted by Recorded Delivery or
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
(Special Delivery), again depending
on value and the customer's
requirements.
Recorded Delivery is currently £2.70
Special Delivery is currently £6.50
(includes insurance up to £500.00)
If sent
by DHL a flat rate of £8.50 is the
current charge.
Either
method requires a signature at the
delivery address to confirm safe
receipt of your item.
Europe and Rest of the World
Deliveries:
Standard delivery by airmail
currently costs £3.00. (Please note
that this provides no insurance
against loss or damage).
International Registered Mail is
currently £7.00. (This provides
signature on delivery and up to
500.00 GBP of compensation in the
event of loss or damage).
We regret that we can not be held
liable for parcels lost and damaged
in transit where adequate insurance
has not been taken out.
Please also note that we reserve the
right to ship to some countries by
Registered Mail automatically. This
is due to the high risk of parcels
going missing. These include but are
not limited to: Malaysia, Brazil,
Mexico, Singapore, Republic of
China, Poland, Hungary.
